Casandre Wilcox

Originally from upstate NY, Casandre spent most of her life in the North Fork of Long Island. She returned to her hometown in 2013 and landed a job at a local bakery, working there for many years and assuming many roles(not just the baked kind). She wrote and recorded a commercial for the bakery at WVIN Studio and it impressed the management so much, that they offered her a job. Now, Casandre is currently an Assistant Producer, an Advertising Sales Representative, Morning Show Co-host, Morning Show Production Assistant and the Art & Social Media Producer at WVIN.

Casandre is a mother of three, loves music and is an avid sports fan.
In her free time, Casandre is a "chef" and a "baker" in the kitchen for her kids, as well as a full time chauffer for kids sports. A mother of champions, never sleeps.

Tony Zazza

Tony’s a Southern California native, and while in college he took

stations.  After over 25 years in the business, he hasn’t looked back. Tony loves sports, is a
foodie and wine enthusiast, and loves to travel. During his downtime he enjoys entertaining
with family and friends and cuddling up with his rescue pups. When it comes to music:

genres. Favorites include The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, The Police, Tina Turner, and Madonna!

Dave Taylor Smith

The Morning Show at 98.3 is a little bit of everything...with an emphasis on Local News every half hour complimented by National News at the top of the hour. Local and National sports, and the Twin Tiers best music mix makes the Morning get up and go a whole lot easier.

Dave Taylor Smith brings 55 years of radio experience with 37 years on the Morning Show on WVIN starting in August of 1989 when management asked him to “do the Morning Show until we get somebody”.

His radio career began in October 1970 as a part time DJ at WEHH Elmira Heights-Horseheads.

Dave's broadcast journey has taken him to radio stations in Elmira, Corning, Buffalo, Penn Yan and North Carolina and his last stop WVIN.

He is also a full-time advertising representative after he gets off the air. Very much into the community; he is an active member of the Bath Kiwanis Club. He is a past President of the Club and has received the club's Highest Honor; the prestigious Hixon Award for his service to Kiwanis. He was inducted into the Steuben County Hall of Fame in 2022. In November 2022 he was one of two Steuben County residents honored by the New York State for the Aging with their Exemplary Volunteer Service Award.

He has served on the Central Steuben Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, is a member of the Sons of the American Legion, along with a past member of the Steuben County Historical Society Board of Directors.

Dave is a big promoter of the Annual Tyrtle Beach Youth Fund Drive which he helped create in 1992 and has raised over $883,000 for local Youth Organizations. He has four sons, all young adults 40 years old and over with six grandchildren.

John Summers

John's 30+ radio career has taken him all across the country in some of the biggest markets. His love of music as a musician has also done the same playing guitar in his own rock band along with work as a session musician for other great artists. When John's not rockin' on the stage or entertaining us on the radio he's hitting the hills off-road on his mountain bike or motorcycle, or buried in his music room going through his huge collection of LPs. He also loves a great novel and never misses the latest blockbuster movie.

Keith Stephens grew up in New England, but escaped the cold to graduate from Arizona State where he started his radio career. When he's not on the radio, he's a true soccer dad with two daughters (one a teenager so wish him luck). He loves classic TV, especially Seinfeld and MASH! He likes to workout and read on his Kindle and watch the latest trends on social media. First album he ever bought? "Band on the Run" by Paul McCartney and Wings.
